Décor is great and the people working there at 8pm on the Tuesday before Christmas were very pleasant but woefully slow and completely understaffed. There were probably 25 customers total and they could not keep up. This place calls itself a Bistro but we were informed on arrival that the kitchen closes at 8. Are you freaking kidding me? What kind of bistro does that? We were ushered into the comfortable seats at the back where it was icy cold. The glass my ‘old fashioned’ arrived in was grubby. Lots of suspicious smears. We stayed only because everywhere else in the vicinity was full.
This place is a big letdown. It will be closed for business by Easter, by my guess.

Brought a visiting friend here for dinner and we were kept completely entertained by the music played at the Front Door. The playlist is ‘postmodern jukebox– they’re swing/big band covers of pop songs. You could spend the whole night guessing which song is being covered.
The food was okay– absolutely NO vegetarian options (not even a meatless salad) which was a bit disappointing.
The décor is nice, very sleek and clean.

I love the place. Excellent Value and great Service! The pizza’s are to die for the breakfast pizza need I say more? The building its self has a load of front doors in the interior hence the name the front door. Can’t wait to go back!

I go past this place every work day on the bus, and saw they were building out this new establishment. We went by some time ago when the window sign said they were open, but they happened to be closed at that time for some work. I had a chance to try again recently, and they were indeed open. Nice interior, full bar, and there is a room downstairs that would be a nice event room. They currently can only serve beer if you order food, so they are apparently technically a restaurant right now, not a bar. They hope to change that soon. The pizza is decent, enjoyable, but didn’t overwhelm me. The menu has some nice pasta dishes as well that I would like to try. They were running a pizza and pint deal for 14 euros when I was a there.
