The best Guinness in Ireland. It better be. I think they have a direct line to the brew master.

A great ending to a wonderful experience! After pouring our own pints on the fourth floor, we brought them upstairs. The elevator opened onto an airy, round room completely lined with windows. The view of Dublin, even under its fog, clouds, and grey light, was absolutely fabulous.
My only regret was that I couldn’t get an uninterrupted view because of the middle bar and all the people. We somehow snagged seats at one side and immediately started chatting to other enthusiastic visitors. There’s a great vibe about the place (maybe due to people having had one too many). When we did get up, people swarmed to our vacant seats like vultures. Someone told us that we couldn’t use cash to buy drinks at the bar, so we had to head back downstairs. We returned right after though!
