A great little shop with quirky, fun and thoughtful artworks. Love it ! And they do an excellent framing service which is very reasonable. Can’t recommend them highly enough and their staff are very helpful.

I love those little shops you find around Dublin that propose something different. I first bought a print from Jam Art online. I framed it and it looks so good on my wall. I have bought a few different prints since and gave them as presents to family and friends in France. Beats the traditional Guinness keyring from Carroll’s.

I had been meaning to get to Jam Art Factory for an age and finally got my foot in the door, not once but twice recently. And I love love love this place. Everything they stock makes me smile. Creative and colourful local design that warms the heart. On my first visit my husband bought a wonderful print. It had lots of colourful balloons and is now hanging in our kitchen. On my second visit I got another tea towel for my ridiculously large collection. It definitely on the top of my places to buy gifts now. Highly recommended. A must see if you find yourself passing by.

Love this store! We stopped in almost a year ago(I’ve been meaning to write this for some time) and were in there for so long. They have such unique prints and gifts that are NOT touristy. I purchased a print and it is not hanging in my house. We even went back on our last day to visit one last time. The owner even recommended some great things to do in Dublin that weren’t touristy, which was perfect.

This is a great little store full of fun local design. It is the ideal place for tourists to pick up some mementos from there trip to Ireland, and soooo much better then those horrible tat filled stores around the city. But it’s not only for tourists, this Dubliner was very tempted to splurge on a few items(I’ll be back!). I love to support local designers and this stores selection is quite Dublin-centric. I particularly liked the beautiful photographs and other fun items that brought back childhood memories of the city.

If you’re looking for a present for someone whilst supporting local artists, this is the job. It’s a deadly little shop just a smidgen outside the main city centre drag that has some really interesting pieces in it. Lots by local photographers and street artists(have my eye on a Solus print that I can’t get out of my miiiind!) There are also lampshades and photo blocks, placemats, bags, t-shirts n all kinds of random stuff. This makes it sound like it’s just another one of ‘those’ shops though. You know the ones. Nice to look around. Smile anemically at the shop attendance. He smiles hopelessly back. You walk out, empty handed, with the thoughts of the pretty bits you saw gone already by the time you get to the nearest Spar. Not so in the Jam Art Factory! Honestly there were about 17 different things in here I could have bought for myself or others. They are all completely unique and most are Irish(in fact, from Dublin). But not Irish in a shilaley kinda way — in a much more ‘Jezus we’re deadly’ kinda way. They also do framing by the way — if you do buy one of their pieces, or if, like me, you’ve been hoarding prints and paintings for years, clinically fearful of the price of putting them behind wood and glass. I’ve been assured that it won’t set me back a frightening amount, so I will be back, and will update this accordingly.
