Crap doughnut. I got better at the local Euro Spar. My wife and I are doughnut geeks and travel the world eating them. If you’re a doughnut lover, don’t believe the Unilocal rating.

All the yes. Everything I have ever eaten here has been amazing. From the outside it seemed like their small pastry display could not possibly satisfy my need for delicious, buttery sweet pastries, but I was wrong. That monochromatic display is deceptively sumptuous — especially the Nutella Cronut. If you want to taste happy goodness, I suggest that one or the Oreo Cronut. Again, all the yesssss.

I read the reviews on how good is this bakery and went to give it a shot. I asked for cronut and the guy who works there suggested one with caramel. I also bought a filled donut with gam and a black coffee. The cronut, i did not like very much and maybe because its heavy to eat and wasn’t warm. However, the stuffed donut was really goodIi loved it and I would suggest it. They also do sandwiches, but, it did not look good to me so i did not try any.

Pure chance I found this place. Had gone into town fir a haircut and had a hour to kill. Got on Unilocal and this was the nearest café .
Upon arriving I saw signs everywhere banging in about these Cronuts? Which I have heard if but didn’t know anything about.
If your interested or your get GET ONE!!! They are out if this world and perfect for with coffee ‚
Speaking if you will get a serious cup if coffee here ! Not that standard coffee machine crap but really tastey coffee

I would normally knock off a start for waiting however i would like to add an extra star onto Krust bakery for letting me know they had a fresh batch of cronuts coming hot out of the oven in 5 minutes. I can promise the wait was every bit as worth it as you would imagine. Their pastries are perfect, fair prices and friendly staff. If you have not yet experienced a cronut — you are seriously missing out on a Dublin gem.

I treated myself and a friend to 2 of these glorious buns recently, and was charmed by the mannerly and smiley staff, who threw in a few freebies to let us try some of the other options, and these too were amazing, only advice — split the cronut, it’s just too rich!

Krust is on my way to and from work, and on top of that, the word went round very quickly that they do cronuts… so a bunch of us from the office headed there for lunch the other day. We picked a sambo and we were happy to see it came with a little pastry. The lads also got a doughnut. Well, where to start… Ultra friendly and efficient service, very fresh tasty bread, no fuss sandwiches and delicious pastries. Win! I will try to pop in one morning to get a cronut… but it seems they all get eaten by the students from DIT across the road! I will definitely go again.

I’m delighted with this place! I really wish it ‘s bigger so I could sit there all day, drink the amazing Marley coffee and nibble on the mouthwatering range of baked goods they have!
They also do pizzas and amazing sandwiches (the meat monster never fails me)
The bread they sell is always fresh and delicious! (Unbeatable prices for the quality, too)

Definitely a do on your list. I went there after i’ve read the amazing reviews about the place on Unilocal and i gotta say i wasn’t disappointed.
I bought a few donuts to take back home for the flatmates and I. It was just amazing. I’m more of a salty person so i really appreciated the fact that the donuts are pretty light and not as sweet as you could imagine with their chocolate core. It’s the perfect balance.
I loved to be welcomed by this big handsome smile of theirs, the staff is lovely. They also give you a mini pastry everytime you buy something.
I’ll come back to try out the cronuts and the rest for sure.

Well whaddyouknow, there is a new kid on the Aungier Street block and he is laden with Cronuts, donuts and Marley coffee.
From now on this will be my go-​to place whenever I find myself in need of a coffee/​sweet treat/​epic sambo fix. The Krust krew clearly pride themselves in quality produce, not to mention insanely good value (70c for a donut? Yes puhlease-​and-​thankyou!) and I shall tip my hat to them for that.
.But even if I’m not after any of the above, I probably would still pop in just for the feel-​good factor that these guys provide. The two owners’ enthusiasm and energy is so refreshing it’s contagious, and they’re willingness to give out freebies is much appreciated also!

Cronuts! Cronuts! Get them while they’re hot!
My cronut was not hot and the fad itself is pretty much dead and cold but I was pretty excited about finally getting to try one. Unfortunately I was not blown away by the taste; a little too sweet, not enough like a croissant. Why mess with two already delicious things?
Krust has more going on than the cronut however. Breads, sandwiches, pizza slices and donuts.
The staff seemed a little chaotic but they’re still finding their feet. I got a lovely cup of coffee from a lovely young gentleman and I shared my friends strawberry yoghurt donut which has to be one of the of the most delicious donuts I have tried. A not too sweet, creamy icing with a wonderful jammy surprise in the centre!
I do enjoy a baked good.

The team at Krust are Fantastic! Always such a warm welcome on entering.
They took part in the Unilocal Event «LetThemEatCake» and their cronuts stole the show! Not only were their pastries donated free in aid of Belongto but the staff came along to support the event and have the chats.
You need to get in there! Krust is gonna be BIG V V soon!
