Went here for my wedding anniversary last night and I couldn’t fault it. Everything was served quickly and the food was piping hot when it cane out. I had tomato and red pepper soup which was delicious and then beef bourguignon. The meat was so tender it just flaked off when i cut it. Highly enjoyable meal!

I have been to Trax both for lunches and dinners. It is firstly, a lovely unique building nestled in a hidden part of Naas. You’ll find it right by where the Saturday market takes place. The ceilings are high and it’s got a lovely buzz. There is no shortage of space and it equally suits a good sized group to just a couple for dinner. Their fish(seabass) is very tasty but a little too big portion wise. Their desserts are yummy — poached pear crème brûlée for example… Though I haven’t tried the steaks, I have seen them and definitely felt some steak envy! Wine selection is a little limited. All in all, good food and a nice dining experience and at a good price.

Great service and atmosphere and the 2 or 3 course set menu was very reasonable, good portions and variety. The earlier you come, the bigger a discount, although the most you’d pay is $ 28 which is a bargain for what you get. Would definitely come for dinner again. Recommend the crispy Teriyaki Wings appetizer, best I’ve had, and Fillet with peppercorn sauce. Everyone in our party was really happy. They handled an undercooked steak issue with utmost professionalism.

food was average and service was really awful. I wont be back. I miss the Storehouse which was the last restaurant that occupied this spot. They needed more wait staff and the ones they had needed more training.

I have eaten here three times now and each meal has been wonderful. The service is terrific too. On Saturday I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly, the side vegetables and sauce were wonderfully presented and everything was of the right portion. Excellent value for money too. I finished with a lemon meringue as I had not had one in years, since I was a child I believe. This was a more more grown up albeit posh version of what I was used to but it still worked great and my sugar levels spiked. Great selection of drinks and craft beers. Of course for me the best part is the actual venue itself. It used to be an old rail house and the stone work is just so impressive. Highly recommend here, but do book as it’s very popular!
