The Brog Maker Hotel and Restaurant

Is it possible to give NO STARS? Really bad experience here. First, they had put my reservation on the wrong day, even after they called to confirm with me!
The rooms are quite shabby & run down. The bedding & duvets were clean though– so that was the only good part.
6 drunk men came into the hotel at 4am and were BANGING on doors because they couldn’t remember which room they were in and had lost their keys. They woke EVERYONE in the entire place. When I got management involved, they were unless saying that «they are guests here too». I called the police, but they were unable to do anything because the property owner has to call since it’s a private residence. The shouting and drunken banging went on for AN HOUR & A HALF before the drunks finally passed out after 5am, and the rest of the hotel was able to get back to sleep. It was awful. I would NEVER go back!!!
