I was hesitant at first. We needed somewhere to eat before our flight out. The inside could defiantly use a touch up. The tables are set up nice, but needs curtains, fixed walls, paintings, Italian music etc. The beer was slow to come out(only 1 other table seated), but the Heineken was good and fresh. I ordered some chicken and bacon and my wife ordered Pizza. It came out very fast and hot. I’ll sum it up with the food was amazing. Chicken was on point and the pizza was perfect. I would definatly eat here again. 4 star only because I had to walk over to the cash register and ask to pay my bill and the place needs to be freshened up a bit.

It was the look of this place which initially appealed to me; a humble building with flower baskets hanging from the sign, and with myself being a lover of Italian cuisine I had to give it a try. A lovely restaurant with authentic Italian food. I had the penne arribiata which was beautiful and the perfect size for satisfaction! I’ve been here a few times with my family and there was something for everyone; each and everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed their meals!

This restaurant is a quaint, Italian eating house, located just beyond one of the entrances to Santry Demesne — look for the entrance to Northwood. The architecture is unusual because the site is actually part of an old stagecoach inn from times of yore. The staff try their best to be attentive, courteous and obliging and the management is quite flexible in its general approach. It’s a family-friendly place and is always packed on a Sunday. The menu, is of course Italian and some of the pasta dishes are really tasty! It’s always an enjoyable eating house not only for Italian cuisine lovers but people generally who like good food and ambience! Booking is advisable.
