In November of 2013, I was with a friend waiting for Fluid to open. We were both starved and needed to take the edge off. After strolling rather aimlessly to no avail, we found this place. There was a sandwich board outside that claimed to have aperitivo, so we stopped in. While we ended up not trying more than just the tea sandwiches, we both had whatever local Blonde beer was on tap. That beer was one of the best beers I’ve tried. It could have been because I was starved, but ever since then, I have been trying to figure out what beer that was. I was told it was local and a blonde… The only blonde I ever see is the Belgian Leffe. Please, fellow Unilocalers, if you ever stumble upon this discreet coffee shop, please find out what beer that was!
