Found this purely by chance when walking around Florence and after checking out the Unilocal reviews I figured it wouldn’t be a bad use of time.
I had the prosciutto di melone and the beef carpaccio and my friend had the gnocchi. All of these were very very nice (prosciutto di melone is always a safe choice in Italy) the beef carpaccio was very well presented and tasted amazing.
The Gnocchi was one of the best pasta’s I have ever tasted, And I eat a lot of pasta. This was a great night out and the service was very very quick which is very very important to me.
Even though it is hidden away, just a short walk from the ponte vecchio it is well worth the walk and as long as you reserve a place you will be absolutely fine.

Really delicious, honest and authentic Italian food. Plenty of local specialties on the menu, and all for a very reasonable price. Good price/​quality ratio, ESP considering its crisp&new interior plus it being in a more quiet area near the duomo.
