I thought I’d give these guys a second chance since they did contact me and tried to make it right. I went back to the store today and noticed a big improvement. I still have not forgotten my last experience but the manager did follow up and tried to make things right. Thank You!

I was sold a computer which didn’t fit any of my requirements, the computer also was not able to connect to my monitor. The geek squad had me bring the computer back to the store and they were still unable to give me the right cord needed, I was sent down the road to their competitor to buy the part !
I have never been treated more like a number in my entire life. No one is in charge and no one is willing to do any type of customer service or problem solving .
If you know exactly what you want the store is acceptable, if your looking for customer service of any kind don’t hold your breath, «management» is non existent.
Disappointed to say the least and I definitely will not be returning to any best buy location.
