About two weeks ago my wife and I decided to try this restaurant. We arrived at about 5:45PM and was surprised to find we were alone — no other customers were present and none came while we ordered, ate and paid for our food. I thought this strange. We ordered spring rolls for appetizers and they arrived very quickly. I personally found them to be a little fresh.
Overall our food order arrived quickly but as I noted above I thought it too was a little fresh. The service was ok but nothing great. I have eaten many times at other Vietnamese restaurants and generally order tufu in lemongrass with rice and a curried veggie dish. I found them rather bland and not overly tasty.
I may have come in at the end of a busy supper period — unlikely, seeing no-​one was around, but it still does not explain the rather bland taste. I will try this place again at some point — but in no rush to do it anytime soon.
