When I desperately need Vietnamese food and want take out this is the place I go. The vermicelli bowls with wok fried vegetables rather than grilled is a good bet. The phở soups are not to the quality of the more authentic Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I really enjoy their spring rolls with rice paper outer wraps. This makes the spring rolls extra crispy. Try to order ahead or you will need to wait 15 mins at lunch hour. The prices here are about 25% too high in comparison to most Edmonton Phở places. Lunch normally costs me $ 15 plus without a drink.

Absolutely love this place. We mostly get takeout from here than from anywhere else. The chicken phở is a standby for whenever I’m feeling sick or just sad. It always makes me feel better. Their spring rolls are the best in the city in my opinion, as are their salad rolls! The lemongrass salad is a wonderful healthy option too.

Crappy service! That’s all I would say. They can’t even be bothered to bring you cutlery and napkins with your food. Not once have they gotten my take away order correct. Food is quite tasty if you’re willing to overlook the service. In my case, service mattered.

Extremely small inside but always busy when we go. It’s a hidden gem. Vietnamese noodle bowls are really good. Green onion cakes and spring rolls are a hit with the kids.

I think this is a small Vietnamese restaurant that’s worthy of a few good stars. I love that the menu has so many options! It can be confusing at first but if you know what you want, it’s great! Vermicelli bowls with beef, chicken, pork, prawns or spring rolls(or all if you want)! I really enjoyed mine and the chicken was grilled, which made it even better! I also love that they have Vietnamese subs on the menu, I want to go back and give those a try.

I don’t eat here as often as I’d like, especially for its close proximity to home, but Mini Mango offers delicious Asian food at a great price. I really enjoy the Thai Red Curry with a large side of coconut rice and also the Tom Yum Soup(made with chicken.) I ordered both to-go on my recent visit, and always, was impressed with the portion sizes and value for the price, as well as the quick time between ordering and pickup. The food was hot hot hot and was enough for multiple meals(I think four in total) but let’s be honest, it’s so good that I really wanted to eat it all at once! I was especially glad for the just right amount of spice, and the soup was key in helping to fight my cold :) Mini Mango has lots to offer and I hope to find myself there more frequently — It’s Yum Yum!

The food is really good, some of the better Vietnamese I’ve had in town. Great salad rolls! Only negative is a disorganized layout and service.

Came to Mini Mango tonight at the recommendation of fellow Unilocalers while in a part of town I don’t normally find myself. The little restaurant itself is quite cute and you almost forget you’re sandwiched in a strip mall. It’s kinda like Famoso meets Wok Box but better. Walk up & order from the VAST menu, pay, grab your water & utensils and then grab a seat while waiting for your food to come! Tonight, the hubs and I tried the fried prawns wrapped in wonton paper(blah — boring and overpriced), lemongrass veggies with tofus(Yummy), and a Vietnamese sandwich & soup combo(double yummy)! The total came to just under $ 35 with tip. The lemongrass was excellent and came with a bounty of fresh veggies — red/green peppers, mushrooms, celery, onions, carrots oh my! I looooove a good lemongrass & this did not disappoint(Just under $ 12 so easy on the wallet, too)! Next up was the Bahn Mi(Lemongrass chicken sub) combo with mini wonton soup(phenomenal) & drink for $ 9.95(Another killer deal with dynamite bang for your buck)! Now, if only I could get a Mini Mango on my side of town!

Pleasant service Found the crispy egg noodles with seafood bland as well as the salad rolls. Spring rolls where good same as the peanut sauce. To many items in the menu for my liking

Favorite spot for lunch near work! Everything that I have tried so far has been absolutely delicious! Lots of variety on the menu, so there is something for everyone — they can also make recommendations to you on their options. Now I’m craving some Mini Mango…
