Derek is a genuinely nice dude. Good to talk to, very informative.
Made a deal on an old used bike back in the shed, as is no warranty obviously, with Derek. The next day I went in to pick it up, and Derek wasn’t there. The lady upped the price by a large margin, and said she’s the boss, what she says goes. Excuse me? Nice customer service. I’ve heard horror stories about her before, and now have experienced first hand. Extremely rude. Fine, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
