Average Pizza, the crust tends to be either overcooked or undercooked and never perfect and the sauce tastes like nothing more than cheap canned stuff I can buy from Walmart. The prices are expensive for the lack of quality you receive and the prices for delivery after upping their delivery fee to $ 3.25 are absolutely crazy when compared to Dominoes or Lugano’s with both of those being much better alternatives to Pizza Pizza. It’s not the worst Pizza I’ve had but it’s far from being the best and it seems that over the last 5 — 10 years the Pizza we’ve been eating from here has become consistently worse until we’re left with what it is today. Shame really, they could easily make it better but corporate would need to dedicate large amounts of time and funding to achieve it like Dominoes did.

I had to give one star because the web site doesn’t allow Zero. Pizza Pizza on Fairview is a ZERO! The Pizza looked like it was lifted off the floor, no, the closet floor! The dough and outer crust was tough and dry, there was no cheese? The sauce was as if it sat in a bin all day. Did I complain? What’s the point? If they got it THAT wrong, there’s no hope. Never again will I try their crap!

Eating here is dangerous to your health. We had witnessed them handling cash then food without washing hands or wearing gloves, and my fiancé called the man on it … unfortunately that meant that we had to sit there and watch them after that, although we’re not sure if they purposely did something to our food where we couldn’t see or if it was just poor health practices contaminating the toppings beforehand. Whatever the case, when the two of us ended up sick afterwards, we narrowed the cause down to Pizza Pizza. We aren’t talking a slight upset stomach here, we were both bedridden and barely able to eat for days — I’m not sure I have ever been so sick in my life. Unfortunately this was just before Christmas, and I was unable to use my three vacation days and the weekend to do my Christmas baking etc., so Pizza Pizza singlehandedly ruined Christmas for myself and the many people on my Christmas gift giving list. The only reason they weren’t reported to the health department was we were too sick to do it and too busy with the holidays afterwards, but a recent conversation about food poisoning reminded me to write this review and hopefully save others from becoming so sick and potentially dying. We do still eat at other Pizza Pizza locations, but I will never set foot in this disgusting location again. I would recommend to others to avoid this location, especially if you have a compromised immune system — it is not worth your life!

Like all Pizza Pizza, average, consistent pizza. I’ve had some pretty poor service from this location in the past so they’re out of the rotation. I almost forgot, I broke a tooth on a foreign object in their pizza a couple of years ago. They offered me a pathetic credit then tried to screw me out of it… LOL. As bad as pizza/retail gets.
