Came here last night while passing Marine way neighborhood. They’re known for mixing icecream and thought I had to try their icecream. I thought it’d be better than McDonalds. So I got Raspberry Cheesecake for $ 5.50 and it tasted good. Their waffle cone was very crispy and my icecream tasted good. Their icecreams are overly priced though. They give stamp card to build up points if you’re a frequent customer. I’d rather go elsewhere.

Delicious ice cream and friendly staff. I like to stop by after a pedi next door. A million combos to choose from and the ice cream cakes are a family favourite!

Found a hair in my icecream. Also the lady was rude. Um they never seem to have cotton candy when I go :(

Very friendly staff, explained how I needed to thaw the ice cream cake I purchased for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. I chose the Raspberry Cheesecake, which looked really good and tastes decent. I was fortunate enough to use a groupon for the cake but I’m not sure I would purchase again at the actual price(over $ 30 for a large ice cream cake). Dairy Queen remains my favourite ice cream cake producer.

I went here when the Plaza first opened with the guy that I am dating ’cause I had points to spare and was in the mood for a frozen treat. This was back in the day when I used to shop at the Michael’s across the street before learning that it is cheaper to buy across the border. I have had the marble slab here and there since at other locations ’cause I like watching them mix things together on a cold stone. The weird thing is that for an ice cream place the staff acted as though they had a stick up their a$$. They never smiled, never greeted the customer and generally acted like they would rather be elsewhere. I get it that retail is tough and not always the best job situation, however, when most people are friendly there is no reason to act like the internet sensation grumpy cat.

Actually, one star is too much. I had a terrible experience at Marble Slab over a year ago. Today, I wanted ice cream and had totally forgotten that previous experience, until I was ready to place my order. At that point, it all started flooding back. The brownies they use for the sundaes aren’t fresh. The only sign that indicated that Interac wasn’t working was by the cash register, at the back of the store. Doesn’t it make more sense to have this sign at the front? To top it all off, the server never smiled not even when she greeted me. I won’t forget this for next time because it won’t be a next time.
