Better than some options but mostly just a carb fest. A little better than taco deal mar but more $$. My friend had tacos and said they were delicious but I saw she paid for $ 12 for 3 tacos! Whoa! My medium burrito was too big but a small would behave been too small. I agree with others the staff doesn’t communicate well or listen or understand. Wrap — carb rice– carb– beans — carb = stuffed and a nap required. They had shrimp which was nice. And cilantro — good. Guacamole extra. The grilled veggies are really bad– almost raw and mostly green pepper which is gross. Hot sauces were nice but they were all empty. Lots of places to sit. Better than McDonald’s.

I find it ironic that a business will advertise by sending out promotional coupons, then once said coupon brings a new customer into the store, do everything they can to refuse to honour the coupon. They rather charge full price, make a few dollars now, and have a disgruntled customer, than honour their promotional offer and have perpetual repeat business from a new customer. I ripped out a coupon from their promotion which clearly said«Valid at ALL participating locations.» and this location was listed on the back. However, when I presented it, they refused to accept it as the portion of the coupon I presented did not contain this location’s address on the reverse side, even though it was on the coupon directly below it, which I did not rip out. ??? I guess their policy is to make any excuse they can to avoid accepting their own promotional offers. Furthermore, the manager was extremely rude about it and didn’t seem to care at all about losing business or customers. The head office was given an opportunity to respond prior to this review being published but they failed to do so. Thus demonstrating that the lack of customer service(or common sense) is not confined to this location only but is prevalent throughout the organization.

I stumbled on this place while at the Plaza at Canadian Tire. Hubby had a craving for Mexican. The fish taco was very yummy and I love all the toppings! Too bad guacamole is extra. I didn’t even know that kids ate free. I will have to bring my son in next time. It was very quiet when we came because it was an odd hour. The food was very tasty, there was A/C, and lots of room inside and for parking.

The food is «just fine» given it’s a healthier option for what’s in the area. My main issue is the staff. I feel they can be better at communicating with customers and breaking a smile once in a while wouldn’t hurt either. I’ve been here enough times to note that it’s consistent. Finally, there isn’t much care in preparing the food. They whip your order together so fast that all the toppings are right in the center of the plate. Food and ambience are generally fine, but training and staffing are why I’ve chosen the rating.

I like Mucho Burrito. However, it is hit or miss for a good visit at this location. The last time I came here, staff was great, got napkins, smiles and lime with my tacos. This evening, the boy(yes BOY) working did not look at me once, acted annoyed that I was there, threw toppings onto my tacos and did not box them correctly and did not offer or give lime. To top it off, he was on his phone while ringing my order through the register. Sucks when staff ruin restaurants.

Unfortunately, with the lack of food options, let alone Mexican, in this area, or big plaza, not much choice. I’ve only eaten here once, because the phở place beside it had too long of a wait during lunch. It’s crazy here then, kinda surprising given the lack of a corporate crowd, other than the small strip of business park on the west side of Market Crossing, but I digress. Ordered the burrito, and while bulky and good value, still not as tasty as Red Burrito… or even their Broadway location, where it’s more inviting, more booth seating and different sections. This one here is like a cattle call, where you enter, step right into the line on the left, with a big tall ledge that if you’re under 5’2″, you won’t see much lol.

I needed some relatively decent fast food which this was, however, the language barrier here is just terrible. You do get a bang for your buck and I did have a craving for some Mexican even if it was junk food Mexican. Beggars can’t be choosers.

Good stuff love the food. but some time the staff talk too fast and i cant understand them. I know they are in a rush some time and it gets busy. On March 22⁄15 lunch time this girl was making my burrito. I could not understand her she was talking kind of fast. I ask her im sorry I could not hear you can you say that again. Then she yelled her question. I thought that was pretty rude. I thought it was me but I seen other customers had the same problem. GOODFOODBUTNEEDSBETTERCUSTOMERCOMMUNICATION!!!

Tasty burritos. Kids eat free, so it’s great for a cheap family dinner out. I always go home feeling satisfied, and the kids actually eat their dinner, so we all win.

LOved it. For what it is a chain), The ghost peppers kick ass! They’re mucho grande hot! Had a burrito with black beans & you guessed it ghost peppers. I also liked the choices of beverages. Mexican soda pop with my Mexican food? Sure thing. Will go back for sure. One thing though, if you’re a large person, you’re going to have a tough time fitting in the booths, just sayin.

Tiny little fast food place but worth a try. Service is fast and friendly. Price is okay. Lots of parking in the lot. They have burritos, quesadillas, tacos, salad bowls, nachos, soups and salads and dessert !! You can customize your order. This place reminds me of a fast food line up, where you pick your taco, pick your filling and pick your sauce. The burritos come in different sizes accompanied with some nachos. The taco combo comes in three(although the taco isn’t very large) and you can choose a variety of flavours, such as pollo(marinated chicken), barbacoa(shredded beef), carne asada(charbroiled steack), carnitas(slow cooked pork), chorizo(crumbled sausage), tilapia(pan seared), shrimp(marinated pan seared), vegetarian(sauted veggies). I’d go here if I was hungry and wanted something fast before I had to do errands around this mall complex.

Mucho Burrito is great. Always fresh ingredients and a variety of options. I personally love«Jarritos» which are the Mexican sodas that they have, few restaurants have them. Try the Mandarin one. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. I recommend for anybody in this area who wants a great lunch prepared quickly.

I’m a big Chipotle fan so when Mucho Burrito opened I was optimistic. Unfortunately service and food isn’t always consistent. One issue is that the tortilla chips aren’t fresh. My other issue is that the servers seem to rush you through the process instead of allowing you time to make your selections even when no on is in line behind you.

Found one day as I wandered this huge strip mall, and decided it looked enough like Chipotle’s in the US to try it. Really glad I did. In the half dozen times I’ve been here, there’s rarely a lineup, however if there is, it goes fast. Kids under 12 eat free as well, after 4pm, as long as someone in your group also orders a regular sized burrito. I liked that the staff told me this, and automatically deducted it from the bill. Fresh ingredients, made how you like it. I order the taco salad minus the bowl. It’s a huge meal, and perfect. Great for gluten and starch-free folks like myself, who want something fast, filling and tasty. My only complaints are the usually dirty tables and full garbage. The staff however are friendly and efficient.

There is no table service. You advise on how to make your burrito, pay for it, then choose between a high top or booth seat to eat it. The restaurant was quite on a Friday afternoon. We had our choice of any of polka dotted booth seats. Quiet groups of one sat alone enjoying their some what healthier, quick bite. The staff were your standard part time young adults, working on minimum wage. And to keep the Mexican vibe, Mexican music with maracas play over head. Would I go back? Yes, the food was good and quick. They have enough ingredients to make enough combos, to keep you coming back to try the entire menu. Under $ 10 for a half a pound burrito is a good deal. You leave full without regretful and a greasy, fried feeling on your tongue. Would I recommend it? Yes, good food, quick service, at a decent price. That is the trifecta for on the go fast food lunches, and they have it. Don’t deny your cravings

Wow, an upscale fast-food Mexican place? This is more like the Quiznos of Mexican, if anything. Definitely classier than Subway. Plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot. The inside has plenty of wood trim, and does look quite modern. You line up on one side, and place the order just like a sub shop. Actually quite charming. I had the carnitas(pork) burrito. A bit pricey at $ 10 after the $ 1 guacamole upgrade, but actually pretty freaking good. Plenty of rice and beans inside, with the sauce permeating the entire thing. They were quite generous on the meat as well. I never had a vegetarian bite at all. They also sell some funky Mexican drinks, but I didn’t try one. The location is a bit out of the way unless you live in New Westminster, but if you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out.

A pretty decent and solid place for a burrito in Vancouver. It doesn’t compare to a Portland food cart burrito, but it’s pretty good for a fast food burrito so it gets 4 stars. The portion sizes are good — Pequeño(10″), Medio(12″) or Mucho XL(14″ v. big, excellent if you’re hungry plus it includes guacamole). Although food comes from cafeteria-like chaffing dishes, food tastes fresh and hot. Salsa and Guacamole made fresh every day. Their Hot Salsa is actually quite hot and will give you a good burn. There was one time when there ran out of a few ingredients(although disappointing, it’s nice to know they don’t a huge stock of everything just frozen in the back. yuk). You choose your wrap(flour or whole wheat), fillings(Beef, Chicken, Pork, Steak, Tilapia, Vegetarian, Chorizo) and toppings. It’s not a problem if you’re a picky eater, just order the things you like and it’s made right there in front of you. The best part is that they’ll toast up the burrito for you before wrapping it up — I love a little crunch to the tortilla! The restaurant has ample seating that’s comfortable and bright. There are comfy booths with large tables and counter height table with stools. A little more pricey than fast food but much tastier and healthier for you than fast food. Don’t like burritos, they also have quesadillas, tacos, a kids combo that comes with chips and drink, soup, nachos and salad bowls… you can even have a burrito without the tortilla if you are gluten free or minus the cheese and sour cream if you are lactose intolerant.

I’ve been here before when it wasn’t lunch time. Today there is a lineup to the door! Very popular place here! Today I tried the fish tacos and was very impressed. Yes most definitely impressed. Fast, efficient and tasty. I wouldn’t call it true Mexican but it’s very very close and really, who cares about authenticity when it tastes this good!
