Only reason why i always go to this location is because it’s on the way when I’m driving. 95% of the time the service is super slow so expect to wait, which I don’t mind, since it’s my choice to go there. But I am not happy that you let me order a breakfast sausage croissant but not a breakfast BLT?! I know i was 5min pass noon, but still, how can I order the one but not the other. Here is the last kick in the a**, when i got home, the BLT came in a bun!!! Lol when i specially ask for a breakfast BLT with a whole wheat bagel! Sorry I am done =p

I finally came here after years(I go to the Michael’s craft store across the way). I came here for steeped tea, sandwich and soup. First time in years in which I actually ordered a full meal at Tim’s but I wasn’t feeling to awesome and making lunch was a bit of a chore. The customer service was good, however, they messed up my sandwich twice. They did apologize for it. It wasn’t a rush and I did repeat my order twice. Not sure what was up with that.

I work nearby and I come here often. Not anymore. INFESTEDWITHFLIES! One experience had flies at the drive thru right as you are paying. Be careful as you’ll see it all over when you pay. I get my food and I open it up. A FLY flies out of my bag and into my car! I open windows immediately to let it out. Second one came today. During the line up, I could see the flies flying in the donuts and bagels. DONOT get the open food. That is absolutely unacceptable! I get my cooked food and I sit down at a table next the wall. Two bites in, I noticed the wall is covered with flies! Some half dead from the last person that probably killed it. I get up and sit at another table and notice there are lots of dead flies on these walls. Until Tim Horton’s decides to clean up and hire an exterminator to fix this problem, I will NOT be back nor do I think anyone should go there. No restaurant should be serving you food in that environment!

This location is one of the better ones, only 20% of the time your order will be wrong.

Depending on your luck, you’ll encounter either slow and frustrating service or amazing and helpful staff. Usually it’s the latter here. This Tim Horton’s is new, clean and has a dry thru. Perfect when I don’t want to take my kid out of the car during naps.

This place is sooooo slow. Any time of the day, any day of the week. I feel bad for the staff here as they are often short staffed and running around(literally!) They often are out of the staple doughnuts, there is never long john’s here or fritters.

I love their fresh donuts and smoothies. I love that they have free wi-fi as well! The service is friendly as well. Clean too, plus they have restroom as well. Don’t even need to enter wi-fi password.

Who doesn’t like the newer timmy’s ;) Spacious, corner location in this mega complex, and nowhere as DT crazy busy lineups. nice pitstop to new west.

Have I mentioned I am an addict? A double double addict. This location is conveniently located by my dogs favourite place so I am here quite often. I will admit that I have never been inside as I prefer drive through. The drive through is usually busy but as like most the Tim’s now a days there are garbage and recycle bins right there. This is awesome as it keeps the area clean. It’s easy to navigate compared to some locations but do watch out for the boulder. I haven’t hit it but I could see how some one might. The only real downside to this drive through location is that the traffic can make it hard to hear the person taking your order and vice versa.

Oh Tim Hortons! I often frequent this place with my friends. 24 hours, and the service is pretty good. It gets busy during lunch time. The one thing that bothers me is that the trays and dishes get piled up, so you sometimes have to move other people’s trash to sit. Other than that though, you can’t go wrong with everything Canadian. My friends and I are a rowdy bunch, but even if we get loud, the staff never complains. Great place to hang out because it’s roomy, and there’s a never-ending supply of honey crullers.
