I know it is in the mall and busy, but they always mess up orders, if it is not order then they mess up your drinks.
To cover their mistakes, they need good costumer service but they dont even have one. They better have one. They always look irritated to take orders or listen what costumers say.
This starbucks is the one that makes me think twice to decide to go there or not, despite the fact that I crave for their drinks and this is the only one in lougheed town.

Great location huge improvement from a few months ago. Baristas are friendly and even remember my name and drink line ups are long but they are fairly quick getting through them and I don’t mind waiting for a great tasting beverage to be honest

I can’t believe that I’m reviewing a Starbucks Da! well, technically I’m not reviewing the coffee or the service, but the sitting!
This branch is located right next to the parking lot at lougheed mall so it’s very accessible if you like to grab a coffee etc. The sitting area is refreshing especially in sunny days, though it could get really warm.
An despite the spacious sitting area, I think of this Starbucks as a take-​away branch, because the sitting area is placed in one of the mall entrances. So if you don’t like people staring at you, get your coffee and and run away!
