Tim Hortons

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to bar none Guarantee that if you are the only one there they will find a way to make you wait I have seen frequently 4 people behind the counter while customers are waiting to be served and they don’t seem to care one bit .The staff is very slow and inefficient and poorly trained but I believe the responsibility lies with the managers they are frequently ignorant arrogant and rude and seem to have a sense of entitlement Tim Hortons on North Road north at the gas station and the one under the Save On Foods her make you welcome and I’ve never had a concern about their service the staff is very friendly and seems to be quite content and consistently deserves your business and do not take you for granted

PSA! This location has the powdered jelly filled Timbits (donut holes of amazingess)!!!
They are really hard to find nowadays, but yes folks I have managed to find them. For those of you who have never had these, they are donut holes that are filled with strawberry jelly and coated in powdered sugar!
The service here is really friendly and they handled the rush hour nicely even when it was really busy. I usually go here for lunch since it’s cheap and delicious. Tim Hortons, thank you for being awesome and filling my belly with donuts and caffeine filled beverages.
Don’t miss out on their coffee or other donuts! Good place to stop if you are in a rush or in the morning for your daily fill up.

Okay this is a tough review as I am a long time TH fan. I do frequent TH locations around the Lower Mainland as pretty standard fare and you know what you are getting. I have found that the service at most of these locations is not up to the standards of the past years.
My server was smiling and despite me repeating my order 3 x (as she advised she did not understand) until she confirmed she understood, she still got it wrong… not sure how that was possible. Friendly staff but not highly competent.

A very strong 3.75, as there’s covered parking connected to another entrance here. Very handy during our rainy season.
Service has been slow. No pressure fr lack of DT crowd perhaps.
Nice one with bright natural light as indeed it is a corner location.
Will get even busier once Evergreen line gets completed.

This is the Tim Horton’s that used to be close to where I lived, therefore, this review is going back some time but still relevant none the less. Before I did a dietary re-​vamp the fritters were my best friend and so were the ladies that worked here at the time. I needed to have my fritter a day. Now that I have abandoned that, I miss the people that work here ’cause for some it was there part time job and then I would see them again at the mall. Oh the perks of being in a small hood.

Decent place to meet for projects or quick team meetings. Relatively easily accessible from the sky train The staff are friendly and the service is relatively fast.

I have been to this Tim Hortons a few times there polite fairly fast at making your food /​drinks the last time i was in there a very rude lady asked for the lady’s name helping her to call and complain well i was behind this rude lady and I feel I need to let everyone know there polite ppl and this was handled good by I beleave her name is (shayla) i would recommend this Tim Hortons ¹⁰⁄₁₀ :)
