Tim Hortons

My favorite Tim Hortons. Friendly and well-​trained staff, and an incredible manager with an extraordinary memory (he remembers your favorite orders after only one or two visits — it clearly feels like he cares about his customers). Place is impeccable clean, and it seems the turnover is very low — months go by and the staff is the same — which, to me, means a good employer-​employee relationship. And new employees visible pick up training really fast. I can’t recommend it enough, it’s the go-​to place for me and my son — recently we moved from Ontario, and this Tim Hortons made us feel like home again in no time.
