My go to bbt place with decent prices, however you have to wait a bit sometimes. Seems like only one or two staff members actually run the place at any given time.

My go to Bubble Tea place in my neighborhood. Literally, the only North Burnaby Boba or teen hang out place with me and my friends. And maybe the only one in the area where I live too. :X Regardless, lovely place, the couches are extremely comfy. The ice cream I do not recommend, unless you are putting them into a drink, which is fine. They make delicious Avacado slush and Papaya and Watermelon slushes for the summer. Their Jasmine and Early Grey and BoLei tea are perfect because they do steep the tea. You can ask them for no sugar, they can accommodate that and the staff is always friendly. They added a couple of dart machines in the back and it is a great place to just chill, study and hang out with friends. You can find me here from time to time, and especially for sure in the summer with friends.

Best bubble tea in burnaby! The staff is so friendly and the service is pretty fast considering how busy they usually are!

Kinda in the middle of primarily a residential area but there is a lot of traffic. It is clean inside, almost hipster. Decent menu selection. Not that overwhelming like at other bubble tea places, therefore, it was easy for me to make a decision in a timely manner. I got the coconut bubble tea with extra pearls. The bubble tea was okay, prices were decent and customer service was good. Washroom was clean. For under $ 5 you can get a fruit slush which is a decent size.

My go-to bubble tea because of their inventive drinks, forever updating menu, usage of fresh fruits, and chill environment to hang out with friends. Slightly expensive though their VIP and points card are great incentives for coming back. My favourite drink is the avocado slush.

It’s a hit and miss. Last time I ordered the taro milk tea. I remember that being too sweet and artificial tasting. This time, I had the Jasmine Milk Tea. The drink was delicious and the pearls were cooked just about right. The place was pretty full(I went around 1PM), so I didn’t bother staying indoors. Service was prompt, but I wish the workers there spoke better English.

An alright bubble tea spot in the North Burn area. I’ve only been here a handful of times and the service is not bad. The workers are polite and quite quick in my opinion. Prices are decent(just under $ 5 for a fruit slush) and cups seem bigger than the average? Apologies if I’m wrong. The inside is great for a casual hang out with friends with lots of table and those e-game activities. Only beef is the drinks are really average. Way too sweet and sometimes a bit too watery. My last visit I ordered a red bean slush and honestly, the only place that does it well IMO is Bubble World. The red bean was pastey but super runny at the same time. I also don’t like the fact that they put ice cubes in the drinks. Like… why? But if you’re in the area and you want a place to hang with friends, this will do.

Had a really big MISS on my «real steeped» rose milk tea. It had no tea flavor, and instead tasted like baby milk powder. it was pretty nasty, i didn’t even get through 1⁄5 of my drink. My husband got the coffee milk tea, and it was pretty tasty. So i guess i’ll give it another shot :) Really like the concept of games and boba/snacks. Really like the dart game: D if only they had a little bit more space, so that dart players and pool players can co-exist nicely. Will be coming back: D mostly for darts. board games and drinkies are an added bonus.

Poor drinks and poor attitude. I ordered a drink that was suppose to be half sweet. I went up to ask if it was half sweet and obviously it wasn’t so they remade my drink. This time it was like drinking water and instead of tea, they made it into a slush… Anyways I Went back to tell them that the drink wasn’t sweet at all and it was a slush which wasn’t what I initially asked for. She responded by saying that I asked for half sweet so that’s why there wasn’t much taste. I know what half sweet taste like and it should not have tasted like that. it was like drinking water slush. The workers both gave me attitude for telling them that the drink wasn’t what I ordered. I ended up throwing the whole drink away. My friends ordered drinks and they said their drinks were icy. I think they should start trying their drinks before they give it to their customers.

Solid 3.5 stars considering not much in the way of walking distance for the locales here. but we drop by here to hang sometimes after eating Sushi Town and still want to mingle, as it’s a good place to have a drink after plus a good one to relax, either to play board/video games or pool. I’m no BBT expert, try to stay away from that stuff, esp. the tapioca balls. like how you can also buy Pocky here too ;)(not any more healthier lol)

Good bubble tea! Ordered the passion-fruit green tea. I liked how there are options for sweetness: ½ or ¼ sweet as well as ice: less or none. The prices are $ 3.75 for the basic cold tea and $ 4.75 for the fresh fruit drinks. I also noticed that if you wanted to settle in with an evening with friends, you could purchase a $ 13.75 card and have unlimited drinks and games(billiards and board games). This place was hopping with pre-teens from the local elementary school at 5 pm of a Friday, so if that isn’t your crowd come back later in the evening!

I guess this place is pretty decent, considering there’s not much around the area in North Burnaby. What I found to be really nice was how they provide games(board games [Catan, Monopoly, Jenga] and Xbox) for the patrons to play for free, as well as a pool table! This place has a lot of potential to be successful, however i think just because of the location there isn’t a lot of business. Although I will say that when I went, it was filled with many teenagers boys wearing purses and gambling whilst playing card games. Was kind of uncomfortable having them glare at you when you’re just trying to enjoy yourself; that aside I felt I really enjoyed myself. Their bubble tea was okay I guess, I mean I ordered the blueberry slush, which essentially is just frozen blueberries with ice blended together; pretty hard to muck up. Then again I didn’t try their actual pearl and milk tea. I will say though, my friend got the fresh papaya and after getting it the server even asked us to try it first to see how it was, because he stated the papaya wasn’t exactly ripe yet. He even offered to make something else for us if it wasn’t to our liking. This display of customer satisfaction was really surprising and left me very impressed because typically one wouldn’t think of great customer service when you go to bubble tea joint. I would definitely be a repeat customer. I mean this place is way better than Pearl Drop in the area, but then again… that doesn’t say much. (+) Great place to hang out with friends and socialize over games (+) Free WiFi (+) Free Board games, Video games, and Pool Table (+) Great customer service (-) Attracts juvenile delinquents (-) There’s better bubble tea, but in Richmond.

Came here for the first time recently. You can tell that the owner(s) have spent some money on the décor trying to create a nice ambiance. Not only are all the furnishings clean and new, but they have a pool table, a couple TVs with video game consoles and a bunch of board games. I guess this area needed something since Jumbo Cup closed down a while back. But while it seems like they spent a lot in creating a nice atmosphere for their patrons, the quality of bubble tea could use some work. In my opinion, the teas are way too sweet. Even the regular milk tea, which is hard to go wrong, was way too sweet for my liking. My cousin even requested less sweet and she also complained that her drink was too sweet. Haven’t tried the gelato so I can’t really comment on that. This place is still new but it’s super close to Burnaby North Secondary so I can see the kids there hanging out at this spot.
