I bought a Lifeproof case for my Samsung Galaxy S6 in April and it broke a few weeks ago. I called to see if I could exchange it and Sunny told me to bring it in and he’ll swap it for me. Sure enough, he replaced my case in a few minutes and I was on my way. Great customer service.

Purchased a LGG2 from here in December 2013 on contract with Rogers. The phone developed a hardware problem where a portion of the touchscreen stopped responding to input this summer. Hardware problems happen, no problem. When I went in to inquire about repair or replacement I was informed that despite the extended warranty that I purchased(through WirelessWave!) I would need to deal with Rogers to repair the device. Unfortunate, and makes me question the value of the warranty offered through WW. Moving on from the phone, I inquired about a screen protector which had a «lifetime warranty» which upon purchase last year we were assured would be replaced if it was damaged. Last month the protector was damaged and fell off, summarily ending up in the trash bin. Upon inquiry regarding replacement, I was informed — rudely — that you need the old one to get a replacement. Nowhere was this mentioned at time of purchase and the rep went so far as to say«don’t you know that, all warranties work that way». Worst customer relations that I’ve ever experienced and I will never be going back to this location.

The premium protection plan is a SCAM — therefore wireless wave scams people. Better deal with your service provider(fido, rogers, bell, etc) directly.

After visiting many other cellphone stores and being unsatisfied with their service and information we stumbled upon Wirelesswave and we are SO happy that we did. We talked to the sales associate Ravi Khanna and he was excellent. He gave us detailed information on all the plans available, solved a tricky prolbem involving cellphone upgrades, and was reliable in following up when we needed to know more information. Highly reccomended!

Sorry, but I am not really satisfied with this service. First off they might want to consider taking people’s numbers and calling them when they have the time for them. Waiting for customer service here is like waiting for a bus in the snow. One of our phones had died, they sent us downstairs, then to a kiosk in the mall, then back up to another store, where we found them to be closed. I missed my dinner for no good reason. Next day. We decided to try the one on Granville. There were two CS guys on duty and only one customer. One guy told us to «grab a coffee and check back in 25 minutes…» When we came back, there were 5 other customers in there and the first customer was still being served but so was a new customer. We waited again… When I thought I might kill someone, I decided to go across the street for lunch instead, while the big guy took care of phone business. Almost an hour later,(we have been here at least 2 hours by now.) I have eaten lunch at Vij’s by myself. boo-hoo. The big guy arrives with a pathetic, crappy«replacement phone» that he can’t even surf on. wow. WIreless wave gets my big thumbsdown for their service and I think they owe me a meal(or at least a «coffee») gr-r-r.
