This store exceeded my expectations for a beauty supply store. I had the pleasure of being helped by Diane the store manager, her product knowledge was exceptional and the store had unbeatable prices. To top off my experience Diane even styled my entire head with gorgeous curls using the Bombay wand (a tool I highly recommend). Diane does an excellent job at leading her team and is clearly adored by them. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my hair products.

Natalie is super friendly and such a sweet girl! She did an amazing job of getting my hair from a beige-​y blonde to white/​silver blonde with no damage. She’s super welcoming and it was fun chatting with her. I added olaplex to my colour service which I highly recommend doing because it really helps with damage and keeping your hair healthy, it’s used by a lot of higher end/​famous stylists like Guy Tang.
Definitely ask for Natalie for any colour service you want she’s amazing

Im surprise that this place hasn’t gotten any great reviews. But I am absolutely happy with my new hair. I went from pretty much black hair with highlights to silver. The whole process took 14 hours and multiple appointments. But it was totally worth it. Shout out to Natalie who did an amazing job! She recommended great products that have helped my hair stay healthy. Great customer service, highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for a few years for men’s haircuts from Ken and I’ve been quite happy.
The location is convenient, they make it easy to book appointments, and the service is great. It is a little pricey but it’s worth it.

This place is actually not bad. Im only writing because i was there yesterday and i didn’t catch the cashiers name but she was super helpful with my descriptions of bottles i needed but had no name for. Anyways the people giving a bad review are only doing it because of that one guy. Who i dont even understand how he still works there because i would give this salon a 1 for his service. I asked and paid for all pver highlights and i got half a head plus he put product in my hair which i told him i couldn’t have since i know when bleaching your hair you can’t wash it and i worked in an office my hair had to be brushable! He put it in anyways. Made me dry my own hair! The manager was shocked when i showed her my hair. And the lady that fixed it commented on his weird highlighting pattern. All in all i was taken care of so i didn’t care… but every time i go in there and see this guy i walk right out. So thats business lost right there. How he continues to work there having all these problems with customers is a mystery to me.
