Worst cleaning company I have ever had. Cleaning is sub par at best. They overcharge for time spent in unit even after I caught them leaving earlier. Damage furniture and say it was not them. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company instead of firing them after wrecking stuff and getting overcharged like I had to do. Stay far away.

I had Aspen Clean to my home for the very first time! I really appreciate Team 4’s (Tony’s team… I think) friendliness and professionalism. They went above and beyond in regards to doing extra items that I requested be done. They not only did this… they actually hand washed my kitchen floor because of food on the floor due to my children! I highly recommend this cleaning company.

Don’t waste your money. I hired Aspen Clean to do a move-​in house and carpet cleaning. Communication was terrible at their main office (based out of BC) and I had to reschedule services twice as a result. The service was also terrible — paid a lot of $ for what should have been a thorough service — lots of crumbs and dust left in the cabinets, dirty baseboards, etc. Their carpet cleaning took 4 days to dry and left my house smell like mold. I had to get another service in to fix it a week afterwards, and pulled black water out of the «just cleaned» carpets — GROSS! They were willing to reimburse my carpet cleaning service but dealing with this company was quite the exercise in frustration. Avoid!

Overall I was happy with Aspen Clean’s service. I booked for a move-​out cleaning when I was selling a rental property — it was on the pricey side but they did a thorough job. I also liked that I could book online which saved a lot of time in having to call around. I would use their service again in the future.

I used Aspen Clean for a «move out» clean in December 2013 and the result was horrendous.
When I spoke with management about it they offered to come back and re-​clean any issue areas. As I had previously mentioned to them it was a move out clean, and our last day in the house, so this would be impossible. I was charged $ 500.00 for an empty 2700sq ft house that had already been partially cleaned (light dusting, carpets vacuumed and steamed cleaned) and there was zero effort to compensate in any other way. When I reiterated the issues I was asked, «why I didn’t just clean the house myself»? At the time I was 6 months pregnant, working full time and my partner was working overseas.
I have since used a competitor in our new home and have had nothing short of fantastic results and pleasant customer service.

Our experience has been horrible. staff and management have poor communication skills, and are extremely judgemental. Because the customer was a senior with a developmental disability their actions and statements sound discriminatory. Do yourself a favour and skip them, better local options.
