While the last cold spell we experience in Calgary the furnace of the house we rent stopped working. Unable to get ahold of our landlord we called clearview which is the company that’s been delivering the maintenance service of the unit. Needless is to mention the whooping drop in temperature we experience inside the house and being afraid of water starting to freeze in the water pipes and my wife and pets being at home freezing at –40C. After the disgusting, negative, discriminating and unprofessional non-​existent service we experience from «Clearview» we called Rapid Response and it was the opposite face of the coin. Upon answering the call the service was courteous, fast, efficient, fairly priced and an extremely positive experience after the struggle of the whole evening. Hiring this company for the job was the best thing we could have done and the cherry on the cake was the amazing professional and personable service of the technician; we believe his name is Faroud.

My hot water tank, about a decade past its prime, started producing brown water. Of course, this was shortly before leaving for a vacation, so I needed to get it replaced ASAP so as not to return to a flooded house. Enter Rapid Response Heating. They were able to give me a firm quote over the phone (cheaper than the others I called), and replaced it the same day. The service man was professional, wearing shoe covers when entering the house, and got the job done efficiently. He replaced the shutoff valve too, at no extra charge, and on top of that pet owners get a $ 25 discount (they bill themselves specifically as a pet-​friendly company). All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a more hassle-​free tank replacement!
