The wheel came off the track, cable went flying. The technician showed up in a few hours and got it fixed in no time. He’s very knowledgable and fixed the problem very quickly. The lady at the office returned my phone call promptly. I feel they are honest with their work and quote up front. I had questions about resetting the remote, the technician spent time showing me how to do it, I didn’t feel like a bother. Yes would recommend. Not sure if price is competitive, but seems reasonable, this is the only company I called because of the good reviews on Unilocal and I wanted the door fixed right away, didn’t want to call around.

A spring broke on my garage door at about 10 AM on Tuesday. I couldn’t get my vehicle out of the garage.
I phoned Creative Door at 10:30 and explained my situation. The dispatcher rerouted a repair guy (Daniel) and he arrived at 11:30. By 12:45 my door was fixed and I was able to continue with my day. FANTASTIC!
Polite service, charged exactly what was quoted.
They have my business for life.

We called Creative Door late on Thursday and by Friday noon had a new opener. The individual who did the work was professional, quick and made sure everything was working before leaving. We have used Creative Door for 20+ years and would not hesitate to recommend them. Good pricing as well.
