Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Been renting cars for years from various companies in the US and Canada. I ve had compact cars, full sedans, and SUVs, as well as Cargo vans and trucks. In my many years of renting cars and serving in costumer service I have not seen staff as rude and lacking in knowledge as the ones working at this unit. In particular, my concern is with a redneck staff insulting an immigrant costumer while I was picking up the car. I didn’t think much of it, until I had to deal with him for extending my rental agreement. He didn’t take anytime to explain the extra charges upon extending my agreement. Then, to my surprise, I was charged $ 400! Had to take photos of the car and remain extra cautious on my end, in case this hillbilly wanted to cause trouble. Be aware of a bumpkin who seems to influence the other workers at this location. Overall, I have had positive experience with Enterprise in the past. Even got a car from this same location 5 months ago while I was on a ski trip in Calgary. I guess the trouble maker was still at the farm back then.
Btw, I have nothing against white folks or countrymen. But couldn’t find a better way to describe this fella! He is a true specimen, a must see!

The while team at Enterprise were FANTASTIC! Thanks Evan, Damen and the 2 wicked awesome girls who’s name I don’t know for the best car rental experience I have ever had. God knows I have had many!

When they say «compact» what they MEAN is «it possibly came out of a Kinder Egg»
Recently our vehicle kicked the bucket and required us to get a rental until we found a new baby to bring home. The associates here were unreal! Super dooper friendly, smiling and helpful. We weren’t kept waiting too long for our car and when it was being prepped for us, we were constantly made aware of its status.
I lucked out with a cutesie little Mazda 2 and my god when they say «compact», they didn’t mention hobbit-​sized. And when they say «compact», they mean Gepetto would be like «daayyyyummm this car be small». But seriously, this car is SO small (how small is it) that ants could carry it away from a picnic.
Conveniently located in the SE in Douglasglen, you need to visit this Enterprise whenever you require a vehicle! You won’t regret it. Keep up the good work!
