There’s a good number of businesses packed into this plaza. Most of them are auto related with places like Enterprise Rental, State Farm, Harper Tire, and PetroCanada. There’s a Tim Hortons here which can be a bit of a gong show as this area isn’t really designed to have a busy drive-thru/walk-in traffic going through it. My biggest issue with this centre is that its hard to get into. If you’re going south on 24th you have to go into the shopping centre across the street to flip around behind the Bull and Finch to get going the other way to get in here. Then again you’re stuck going north on 24th or west on the side street. Poor planning by the city for traffic movement.
