I was having issues with my water after another company came and fixed a leak with my water tank. The buddy from the other company crossed the lines so basically my hot water was cold, and cold water hot… if that makes sense. it basically messed everything up.
The guys name was Wyatt and he was so nice and actually on time. a rare thing apparently because the other company was late on two occasions.
I give them a good rating because of the friendliness and for being on time and for fixing the issue!
Wyatt is the best! :)

Had a drip on the shower faucet, they were able to come quickly to fix. The plumber was professional but focused solely on the drip. When my husband returned home, he noticed that the stopper on the shower was dripping now.
The plumber had also taken my credit card number and put it on the receipt. I signed and though not content with the service was charged. I was then called multiple times from their office and told that they never received my credit card number.
I believe that plumbers should fix the entire faucet as that is their specialty and their billing system is horrific. I would suggest literally any other service provider.
