Naturally Clean

I wish I had the pleasure of having Carol and her team to clean my apartment. But instead, what I got was the following:
Made an appointment on Monday, for a cleaning on Wednesday. This was over the phone.
I tried calling back to confirm the appointment and time. I never heard back from Naturally Clean or Carol again. Not the day before the appointment, not the day of the appointment, and not the day after.
Eventually the number of rings to get the voicemail was shortened, as in I feel I was not only not being answered, I was actively being ignored.
I would have appreciated a phone call back saying that they cannot accommodate me, as opposed to having me figure it out on my own. This was a move out clean, which is essential for getting a security deposit back… It’s not something that can simply be put off. I went with Mad Maids instead and they were able to accommodate me on short notice.
Sorry Naturally Clean, but you blew it with this potential customer. I feel strongly about being treated like this and others should know too.

As reviewed by others — Carol performs an excellent clean by getting in and getting out.
We recently moved into our new home where the previous owner did not excel at all in any cleaning skills.
I would highly recommend as my expectations were met by Carole and her crew!

We used Carol for a move out clean on short notice. Her team gave our house a thorough cleaning, the kind you can smell when you walk in the front door. She’s very easy to communicate with and also very accommodating to your needs. I would recommend her to friends in a heartbeat.

I called Carol mid-​afternoon on Monday for a move-​out clean. She showed up bright and early the next morning with her supplies, and (dare I say) insanely beautiful and outgoing colleague, Liz.
I left them to work for 3 hours while I was at work, and Carol called me when she was done. For $ 30/​hr, I got an amazing deal! Kitchen floors were scrubbed clean of scuffs, baseboards shiny white, and the bathroom is immaculate. Carol and Liz were nice enough to pack up the few items I had remaining around my apartment neatly into one box. They even wrote me a thank you note :)
I will definitely be using them in the future, for periodic cleanings of my new place. My old apartment is in nicer condition than it was when I moved in now, thanks to Naturally Clean!

The tenants in my condo recently gave their notice, but I was lucky in that I immediately found another couple to take over the lease. Completely bombarded by assignments and projects this month, I didn’t have the time it would have taken to clean the place up before the new couple was set to move in.
My sister suggested I speak with Carol. Carol owns ‘Naturally Clean’, a cleaning company that only uses environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. I went for it.
Carol arrived punctually and got to work. She was kind, efficient, friendly and a TRUE master of the cleaning art. By the time she left the unit, the place was spotless — and that means A LOT coming from this *Sapna points to herself* germaphobe.
Carol only charges $ 25/​hour (may vary according to location) and she works extremely hard to ensure she does not waste your time or your money.
If you’ve got some cleaning that needs to be done, and you honestly just don’t have the time to do it yourself, give Carol a call. She only takes cash, but let me assure you, her work is worth EVERY penny.
