These people must think that if you pawn you must be skum. I have tried to pawn there a couple times in the past few years. Each time I was treated like I stole the product, this last time tried to pawn a diesel tuner (expensive) was told I had to bring a recipe. the people there treated me like they had had a grudge against me for 20 years. should be able to score below par as well like –1 to –5. they don’t know the concept «treat your customers right, or the customer is always right. Lol k nuf !!!

I would give this place a 0⁄5 if I could. I went in here to have some jewelry appraised and had the worst service ever. The woman behind the counter was unbelievably rude. When I asked what she could give me she said «well what are you expecting?» And I said «I’m just trying to get a general idea of what you guys would offer me for this product to see whether its worth me getting rid of» and she then must have decided I wasnt worth my time because she said «Well, I’ll give you a penny» dropped my ring on the counter and walked away. Now, this is a diamond (certified) ring… Went down the street to cash converters and got a couple hundred
