This past weekend I was checking out the Kingsland Farmer’s Market, looking for items for a nice Saturday night feast. I think I must have circled the Rustic Sourdough Bakery stand 100 times, tempted and inspired by so many options. They had so many different kind of breads and sweet treats and they all were very reasonably priced. It was hard to make up my mind!
I narrowed my search to dessert items. Cookies, at least a half dozen kinds of pound cakes, tarts, specialty squares and bars! I don’t even have a sweet tooth but everything looked delicious. I settled on the cheesecake bars. At only $ 2 each, they were a steal of a deal. It was near the end of the day and only three left so they threw in the third for the price of two. A nice touch! We devoured them later that nice… they were light, slightly lemony and there may have been some plate licking.
I will definitely be back to this location of the Rustic Sourdough bakery to try as many of their other items as I can!
