Self Connection Books

I love this store! Its not my only go to store but huge selection of great meditation cds, great books, tons of cyrstals and ive gotten several tarot decks here. Also got some sage which was good as well. I find lots here that I cant find else where for decent prices. I really realyl like that they have some workshops and open their back room to some other unique services. My hubby and I got our faces read there a while ago and it was great! The staff is always so helpful and i can honestly spend hours in this store :)

The address and photo need to be updated! Call before going over for new address. I would post it here but forgot to write it down. Anyways it’s your basic new agey store but more geared towards the Buddhist. It really had nothing special from what I’ve seen in other stores. They do have alot of books. In the end it didn’t really impress me.

I wanted to get my Mom a great CD to listen to and as they have a wonderful selection to listen and choose from, I found her the Chakra Healing Zone CD which she adores. They have a wonderful selection of oracle and tarot cards. I’m partial to oracle cards as all that 10 of cups and 2 of swords is too cryptic for me; I want positive affirmation type nudges. So you will be happy to know that they carry the wonderfully beautiful (and accurate) cards by Doreen Virtue (i.e. Mermaids & Dolphins, Goddess or Fairy Oracle decks). These make AWESOME gifts too!
They carry Tibetan singing bowls (do your research before buying), crystals, pendulums, jewelry, healing precious stones, a vast range of books of the metaphysical, biological, spiritual variety, journals and even chakra chimes. Check out their website to get an idea of what they carry because your aura is looking a lil grey today and could use some colour. ;)

Self Connection is a great book store if you aren’t looking for fiction novels, history books or anything that isn’t fact or helpful.
Not realizing what this store was, I wandered in thinking it was a regular book store. Judging by the name I should have know, silly me. I was surprised at how much time I still spent in there. Self Connection has so many different self-​help books I couldn’t help but browse around.
Whether you’re looking to boost your self esteem, learn about relationships, or just how to better your life, this place has something for you. Along with that it also has sections on dealing with sexual or physical abuse, menopause or puberty, religion and religious organizations, and astrology and numerology.
It’s got everything you need to learn about anything you want. For the curious folk out there, it’s also got a little erotica section, as well as some new age, spirituality and feng shui stuff. I browsed through their nutrition section and actually ended up buying a ‘super foods’ book. It’s pretty neat.
To full understand the extend of the soul-​searching and self-​healing books they have, you’d have to visit yourself. It’s a really interesting experience to know that any problem you have, Self Connection has something to make you feel better!
