Starbucks

Fast service. No issues at all. The staff are the same as any Starbucks and are good. I never had any issues with my order.

Drink order was made fast and correctly in this oddly empty location. Might be six customers and they are all on the patio. Tried to get the free wifi up and running for 10 minutes, asked an employee to perhaps restart the router. Was told the Wifi was working even though I showed this was not the case on my iPhone and laptop. Was told it always runs slow and weak as the router is in the back office. At this point I am in this aggrofest for 15 minutes without a solution or any action by the employee. So for coffee this place is fine, for work needing WiFi it is a no-​go. SB corporate office cares about this? We will see. Unilocal do it!

I am a starbucks addict. Literally I go everyday, at least twice. That being said, i just moved and this is the closest location. They have TERRIBLE accuracy with drinks, almost every drink is SO wrong — either wrong size (even though I paid for a venti…) or lactose milk (so i get sick). Overall — Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Overall I have been pretty happy with this location. The service is usually good, much better than the one at Aspen Landing (probably the worst service in Calgary!). Yes, the baristas sometimes are joking around, but almost every time I have gone in I have received good service. An I have never had a drink made wrong, their accuracy is very good and the taste is always consistent. I now usually go to this location and will continue doing so.

I like this Starbucks location because I’ve always been served the correct drink and receive it with quick and polite service. It seems that it’s getting more difficult to find a Starbucks that isn’t lined up, but whenever I come here I know I won’t have to wait. They also have a scanner for the cards which is more convenient than them typing in the number.
Starbucks is always a good choice.

I’m all for having fun at work. Sometimes you need to find interesting and creative ways to amuse yourself working a long shift in a service job. I get that.
But when you’re goofing off or socializing with your coworkers to the detriment of actually doing the job you’re paid to be doing, there’s a problem.
I’ve been to this Starbucks about five times. This latest time will be the last. The service here is awful, the staff (generally) seem to be more interested in goofing off, standing around or cracking wise than actually taking and filling an order. And when they do finally get around to giving you what you asked for, you’ll occasionally find that it is not, in fact, what you asked for.
Most Starbucks I go to can at least get me out the door in a few minutes without me having to come back and complain or stand around for far too long. This is not one of those Starbucks.
Avoid if you can.

This place really suffered for a while from poor service. More than ½ our orders would be incorrect. And the shots of espresso were burnt tasting, something about the machine they used. Our friends felt the same way. Buuut, its the closest coffee shop. They seemed to have improved their service recently and I find myself going back more often now.
