Absolutely appalling disregard for customer time. The tech assigned to the job arranged to come out on Saturday at 2pm. I called him at 3:30pm and he indicated he had mixed me up with another appointment because he didn’t write it down. I accepted this in good faith and rescheduled to Sunday at noon. Almost 20minutes late the tech showed up, although he had called at noon saying he was exiting the highway, which is 5 mins from my house. His consultation seemed professional, so I sent him off with my hard drive. The tech said he would return it at 2pm the next day. I called at least 3 times between 4−5pm then called the main line. They said they would get in touch with him. He called close to 5pm with excuses about another client and family wanting his time. He said he was just starting to work on the computer and assured me he would have it ready the next day. I left him a voice message to schedule him to bring the hard drive back. I called again the next day and he said he had been trying to call me and seemed surprised he had missed my voice message. He assured me he would bring the computer at 7:30pm. At 8pm I called and he said he was in the middle of something but he would come by later. I pressed him for a time and he said maybe 30minutes. It is now 8:25pm and no further contact. There are other companies out there who would have respect for their customers. This one clearly doesn’t.

Great service. They sent a tech over within an hour and he(Moe) did a great job. Gave me options, quotes, advice, and had everything fixed in just over a hour. Computer works perfectly. Ended up costing a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere

Really appreciated Tech 2 Rescue’s service. Felt comfortable with the specific techie(Mike) fixing my personal computer. Learned a bit from him as well. I would definitely use this company again. I also liked how they don’t charge by the hour, but by the 15 minutes. I felt it was reasonable. Sure was glad to see that Windows screen pop up again! — Cindy
