The Bellagio Nail

This place use to be good. Sadly it has gone down the tubes first starting with customer service. I have had Tony manager or owner not to sure. yell at me about appointment times. I still always went there because they do a fantastic job of my nails. This time when i had booked an appointment with the girl i always get to do my nails about halfway through tony moved her to do a different customers nails and took over. He rushed through my nails over filing three of them making them Too short compared to the other nails. When i asked him to fix it he said he would have to charge me $ 5 for each nail. When he made the mistake. Very upset i paid $ 60 for a fill and now have 3 nails that look like stumps and don’t match the same length as the rest of my nails.
I use to pay for terrible customer service but beautiful nails now I paid for nothing and got totally ripped off.

I have been there once before (and was thrilled with my pedicure), but my pedicure this time was awful! We had an appointment, but still waited about 20 minutes before anyone came over. I had to ask for one of my nails to be redone (the person doing my nails seemed really annoyed to have to redo my jagged nail that was catching on the towel), my heels feel like sandpaper, and we didn’t get the hot towels that were supposed to be part of our service. The «foot massage» was terrible and all of my nails were cut way too short! There was a pool of water all over the floor, and our purses were soaked! No one cleaned up the water, so i stepped into a puddle of cold water when i was finished. I told the man that did my pedicure that I was unhappy, but he didn’t seem to listen and still charged me the full price. I wrote the business an email through Unilocal and they never responded. BRUTAL!

I Am totally satisfied with my pedicure. I going to come back here more often. The salon is nice and clean. People are really friendly, also the music is relaxing

Star 1: I made an appointment 30 minutes before showing up and the accommodated me
Star 2: location was easy to find and a minute after I got in, I was assigned an aesthician and faced with a very, very vast array of colors to chose from.
Star 3: when it was time to choose the type of service I wanted, I realized that the prices were so decent, I chose a 5 star mani-​pedi (that’s the one with a paraffin soak) for $ 67.
Star 4: this place is massive AND clean. I counted 24 manicure stations and 24 pedicure chairs.
Star 5: for impeccable, polite service and unobnoxious background music.
I’d dock half a star for the free roaming pooch that patrolled the aisles like a quality inspector but don’t want to flag myself as a potential target for dog lovers everywhere. So 5 stars it is & they deserve every single one.

It was alright, and I will admit the polish lasted a very long time. But what I didn’t like was that they were very rough with my feet. During the pedicure she dug into my nails aggressively and this left blood under them, which freaked me out as it was just black marking and I initially thought it might be fungus — that stressed me out for weeks til it grew out. Turns out it was just blood, but a pedicure should not cause bleeding under the nails. I had never experienced that before.

Excellent service! I got a pedi ($ 32) and a full set of gel ($ 50). The place is gorgeous, huge, and very clean. The staff are friendly and the prices are more than reasonable, not to cheap and not too expensive. Insane amount of nail polishes to choose from as well as acrylic/​gel colours. They take their time and do not rush which I enjoyed, massage chairs are delightfully relaxing as well. They have two little dogs that were there wondering around but we’re friendly and under control at all times. Favourite place to get any spa type of treatments done. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, beautiful interior, lots of polish selection and a ton of nail and pedicure stations. I was surprised how clean this salon was. The only reason why I gave a 4-​star instead of 5 — is because the nail tech I had was little heavy with the drill and I do have some discomfort on my nail bed other than that it was a job well done. My service was a fill, with a repair I also got gellish over top. $ 40.

I’ve been here about five times and for the most part have had fantastic experiences. I usually walk-​in and get seated right away. The atmosphere is very relaxing and staff is friendly.
However…there was one particular time that my experience was not so good. The lady who was to do my nails didn’t understand that I just wanted Shellac, no manicure. We went back and forth and eventually the manager (I believe) got involved and explained to her-​shellac only. She seemed to even get upset with him. As the the appointment went on she continually tried to up-​sell me, manicure, jewels, designs, at one point even she said my nails were very weak and «not nice color» so I should get a special top coat (extra $ 20). I finally told her that although Id love to spoil myself I unfortunately cannot as I am a student and do not have much money (kind of a hit to the ol’pride). She didn’t find this as a satisfactory answer and continued to be upset with me, grabbing and chucking my hands, sighing in annoyance, etc. I was not impressed… which I assume she wasn’t either when I left her zero dollar tip!
I must say though, all the other ladies who have done my nails have been very pleasant, took their time, didn’t push extra services on me and did a fantastic job. The shellac stays on for a long time for me and looks great. I keep going back but now I know if I get a someone grumpy to immediately ask for another person, as its not going to go well!

This place is great and it’s HUGE! The most pedi chairs I have ever seen. Great/​massive selection of colours and for shellack and regular polish. This place is usually ALWAYS busy. They are really good at fitting drop-​ins in.

I have been going to this nail salon for quite some time now and absolutely love it. The staff are wonderful and always do an amazing job. It’s very clean and they have tons of manicure and pedicure stations! Even if I go during busy times I never have to wait. Also they have one of the best colour selections I have seen. I would definitely recommend this place for a quality job, and great service.

I’ve been to the bellagio a couple of times now, and have come out of both visits with a very well done pedicure that lasted an extraordinarily long time. The first time I went, the lady who did my pedicure was very brusque, hurried, and unfriendly, I was mildly concerned she was going to draw blood in her aggressiveness. The second visit, the lady was much more relaxed and friendly. I think it’s just a luck of the draw situation; which is free first. Not a long wait, and they take walk ins, so it’s great for a spur of the moment trip.

This is my favourite place to go for Shellac nails and eye lash extensions.
If you ask for «Shellac Only» and «no manicure», a basic Shellac job should cost you only $ 22 before gratuity. They have a huge selection of colors and will always accomodate any special requests to do more than one color. I always get «accent» nails done with sparkles and they have a large variety of sparkly top coats.
The salon itself is new with modern fixtures, very clean and spacious and are equipped with newer tables, pedicure chairs and beds. The staff are very accomodating and if you are not happy with their service, and voice your concerns, they are more than happy to fix things or give you a discount if you are not satisfied.
I have tried 3 other salons downtown and have always been disappointed with the Cleanlineess, color selection and price… it’s hard to beat $ 22! I always end up going back to Bellagio.
Wonderful staff, great quality service. Never leave feeling disappointed. Loyal customer for 12 months and counting.

I always get a great pedicure at Bellagio Nail. I make an appointment, but they have a large staff to accommodate walk ins. No matter how busy they are, there is always someone cleaning. Great massage chairs. I always look forward to my visits to Bellagio Nail.
