I signed up for my first yoga class: 6 weeks of Iyengar Yoga(which incorporates props like bands, bolsters and wooden blocks). I was a little worried upon my first class as the instructor, Peter, jumped right in. There’s not much explanation as to the background of this type of yoga but each move is demonstrated and somewhat explained as to biologically what is going on. By the end of the class, I was thankful for being naturally flexible and felt relaxed, calm, refreshed. Each class got harder but not undoable. You will sweat. This is a nice place to come do yoga. There’s a store with yoga and other meditation-related items. There’s fountains and photo décor. Two studios with brightly painted walls invigorate. I still don’t know what all the silver rings in the wall were for though. It looked a lil fun and kinky whatever they were(hehe). I was also very impressed that if I missed a class that I could jump in on another similar class occuring during the week when I could make it. They’re very accommodating
