I would not eat phở anywhere else in Chilliwack. The most authentic Vietnamese food you’d find in the area.

First I have to say that I am suspicion with the two reviews that gave Phở Chilli 1 star. They have no profile pics and both have only one review, yet they both mention Phở Galaxy without a review of them.
I have eaten at Phở Galaxy and do like there soup but overall I have to say that Phở Chilli is a little better. The soups are very close but the rice dish are way better at Chilli. I have been here three times since they open and have tried there #10 soup and it’s great. As good as any I’ve tried. On another occasion I had there lemon grass chicken on rice. It’s amazing. Tender chicken with a great taste.
I am just happy that there are now two great Phở places in Chilliwack. Even on their worst night there is no way that Phở Chilli deserves a 1 star so take those reviews for what they are worth.
