Had a great time here today introducing my nephews to how much fun a gym could be! The auto belay machines are great for them because they can climb on their own! Matt was amazing getting them set up with gear and introducing them to what is available for them to use. Even though he was busy he made time for us so we felt comfortable using the equipment. It’s a great place for experienced climbers, solo climbers, and beginners!

I love this place. They have bouldering and roped wall climbing. It’s nice and challenging. But for majority of the wall u need a friend to belay you. Went to their annual base 5 party and it was pretty packed. $ 10 for all you can climb, with free rental and BBQ. This is sure an awesome deal. Regular price is $ 18 which is not bad. I would say it’s standard price. Definitely coming back

Brian was super nice! Gave us some good lead advice. The rest of the staff there was nice, too. Good amount of routes. Good height. Even the music playing was decent. Do the holds get washed when they come down? That’s the only thing. The holds were a bit greasy.

Just went in to ask questions. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. We’ll be back!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Super friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable, and just a great atmosphere! Better than the gym! I finally done did it! Spent my time, took the beginner’s class and I can officially belay and scale the highest mountains!(Okay, so not quite). But they say that I’m able to actually be responsible for another human’s life. Crazy, and to me — pretty scary! Any climbers out there that actually need a partner, I’m allowed to do this now: so let me know if you’re game. I’m not as bad as I’m making it sound… I’M WORSE!(Nah, I’m totally kidding, of course)! Love it, and want to get back up on the wall. so anyone interested: let me know.

weight room junkie? think your tough? try rock climbing!!! i have a friend who is a rock climbing enthusiast and has been trying to get me to give it a go. i love a challenge… this was such a thrilling and crazy ride! every single muscle group was pushed to its limits! back, arms, legs, glutes, core… holy smokes! it also worked your brain cuz you had to figure out how to get to the next groove to pull yourself up without slipping and finding the best stratedy to do it… wow! absolutely LOVEDIT! the best is when you FINALLY get to the top! and then you look down below you. and whoa– you are REALLY high.(that phrase, don’t ever look down? yah, good advice. ha ha… i love heights, so it was more heart pumpin fun to do it… my other friend froze and couldn’t move when she did it. lol) its pretty pricey for a drop in(about $ 20 for peak hours) but if its your first time, all rental equipment is FREE! =) if you are an avid climber, its worth it to get an annual pass… i think it works at all locations. i haven’t visited any of the other locations, but this particular one is the biggest and probably the best in terms of different walls to climb. i tried bouldering… and DAMN! that is HARD!!! if you love a physical and mental challenge and want a change of scenery from the beautiful hikes around the city, give the indoor rock climbing a chance– super great rush!
