Sofa Unlimited

Don’t go here. We bought a couch and chair set from the manager himself (he is an older East Asian guy with greasy long hair) and were sent the wrong pillows. We called to tell them and although it was his mistake, he told us that the sofa and chair actually doesn’t come with pillows and to please return them. Of course the pillows came with the sofa, because that is how the showroom had them and I saw the same couch at another store and called to make sure pillows came with the couch.
I was shocked that he would 1) not apologize, 2) make up a lie to cover his butt. When I got upset about that he yelled back at me and told me to just keep the pillows and hung up on me. So we are stuck with mismatched pillows and memory of terrible service from this horrid store.
