Good breakfasts, friendly service! Good sized plates with ample amounts, decent coffee too.

So very disappointed. The food used to be so warm and comforting. The breakfast was so greasy, the toast dripping in butter and the hash. Browns barely cooked through. I think I will go up the street a little further the next time I want a good breakfast.

I was looking for a traditional breakfast and got way beyond. But boy was it good. Some potato pancakes provided the base for my eggs benedict. Also present were spinach, a sliced tomato, and I added bacon. Like the other reviewer says it’s $ 20, with a bottomless cup of coffee, & tip, but I think it will last me all day. Service not bad either. This spot is hidden away in the Best Western Hotel, near Lougheed Mall, Burnaby. Go south and it will be on the east side of the street. It was nice and quiet mid-morning too, which is a bonus.

It is pretty quiet here on the weekend until 11am. The food is decent. It’s nothing special, but you’re pretty confident that you’re not getting any surprises either. I guess it is safe to say it’s a consistent/dependable choice. I’m even more inclined to come because it is part of Mobile Bandit for the moment. I often steal the $ 20 for $ 10 deal. It makes breakfast really worth it. It’s nice to have a breakfast for less than $ 20 in Vancouver.

I’m always a sceptic going to a resturant in a hotel. However, this place was different. It was low key and the food was pretty good. Definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat.
