Pretty standard fare for a large corporate chain and a staple of the Mic Mac Mall for many years, The Gap is what it is.
The clothing selection is pretty safe and consistent from year to year, there are always strange sales that make for decent bargain shopping, and the staff are as good as staff can be when so many are seasonal high school hires. That said, I tend to find the cashiers much friendlier and more helpful than regular floor staff, especially given how good they are with return and exchange policies.
One thing that bugs me is the whacky layout sometimes. Obviously they change the set-up of the store all the time, but during my latest visit, it was completely unclear where to line-up to get rung through as it was a maze of promo tables and bins.

The Gap, located on the third floor of Mic Mac Mall offers a little bit of everything with a variety of men’s and women’s clothing including outerwear, socks, underwear, boxers, pajamas, scarfs, jeans and hoodies.
While their prices tend to be higher-end, they always have a fair number of sales and promotions on with much of their reduced merchandise in the back of the store. Also, by simply giving them your email address, you’ll always received an advanced notification of when a great deal is coming up.
Like most Gap stores, the store is well laid out and is always kept very clean and tidy, with great customer service.
