Tim Hortons

Great staff but I felt l like I was in a strange horror or thriller movie.
And I’m not kidding here. I was meeting up with someone at this particular Tim Hortons. I expected a pretty normal Tim Hortons experience and have never been so wrong in my life. Have you ever walked into a store or restaurant or donut shop and met so many strange individuals there that you felt like you were in a horror movie? That’s this Tim Hortons. I don’t know why this is, but this particular Tim Hortons simply attracts some very unique regular customers. I soon found out this was not the Tim Hortons to go to in order to have an informal meeting. But it was a fascinating sociological study that’s for sure!
Customers aside, the staff were very nice. They are a bit on the older side at this particular Tim Hortons, and I have a feeling they like to do some things their way and they won’t change, so expect a little strangeness from them as well. But they were very pleasant and called me darling which I’m a bit of a sucker for.
The food was great and in fact I tried the new french onion soup which was way better than I had expected. What I like about Tim Hortons, besides the fact that it was created by a hockey player, is the fact that they do give you great deals on food. That’s it, plain and simple.
So this Tim Hortons has some wacky characters but the customer service tipped the store over to three stars in my world. The new French Onion soup is really good especially for a coffee & donut shop. So I suggest you try it.

Other than the ummm unique people who come in here. I like this Tim’s it’s close to home. the only bad thing is it closes early. I remember years ago it was open all night. I wish it would be open later than it is now. I like going for walks in the evening. All in all the staff is friendly and it’s clean that’s the main thing. another bonus is it carries my favourite Tim bit chocolate with coconut on it.
