My experience at this location was not good unfortunately. I came two nights ago… two females were working. The one who greeted us barely did, as she was yawning while saying hi. The other girl was being really unpleasant to speak to as she took payment. No hello, thank you, smile, or goodbye. Bad service really. She made my own mood crappy. I’ve been going to various locations in coquitlam\ port moody lately and the staff were much more pleasant and helpful. It made me bummed because I live right by this location though. They also didn’t have any flavours in at least 3 machines. I’m sceptical to go to this location again but will, hoping my views of it will change

My cousin frequents this location and we finally visited together. We went on a Tuesday night and were lucky enough to take advantage of the buy 1 get 1 50% off promo. There is a lot of selection and although I was looking for peanut butter the nutella and oreo combo was a good replacement.
2 things I disliked, which was the stiffness of the handles on the machines and the cashier’s response to my request for a member card. I didn’t see why I had to wait for my NEXT visit to get one but that’s ok. The froyo was worth it and I was in good company. Great place for a date, or take the fam, something good for everyone.

Not a bad location. Close to the house of the guy I am dating. They were lacking in fresh fruit that day but that’s probably a seasonal thing.
Lots of candy and toppings (junk).
Lots of flavors, however, stay away from Marshmallow, Bear Paw and Cotton Candy which are just terrible.
Mango and Strawberry are ace :)
Great customer service, clean bathroom and of course amazing staff to boot.
They sell pencils.

Ok i admit it, for me a complete lie to say eat healthy…
I’m too weak … just too weak… two flavours of yoghurt in the cup topped by three sauces, peanuts, cashews and umpteen other toppings is just not normal i know… oh but do I enjoy!!!

The biggest and nicest store by far; not to be too surprised being out in the burbs.
Even a nice hand sanitizer by the front door.
Open layout, and room to move around the tables, unlike the Cambie claustrophobic one.
And really, the toppings section neatly all in one side, seems to be more too.
Even sell Menchies hoodies.
