Came here to get a new pair of glasses or a couple pairs. Was originally going to use my ama card to get 30% off, but figured with buy one get one free, it was a better deal.
When I bought them they originally said that it would be 2 weeks to get them back. I was pretty bummed about it, cuz it would have been nice to get them before Christmas. Well guess what? Only took a week and so I did get them before Christmas.
The girl that helped us told me that it would take some time adjusting to them because I had a really big change in my prescription, it was as if I was seeing for the first time. Everything was wonky, I had no depth perception, I was getting headaches and was seeing double at times. So I went back to see if this was right, thought they must have got where I see thru wrong (distance between eyes) wrong or something, or maybe wrong prescription. They told me to go back to optometrist to get another test done. I was concerned that I had spent over $ 300 on lenses, and couldn’t afford different lenses. They have a 60 day dr guarantee. So I got another test done, and sure enough, different prescription. Brought them back, no hassles, I could only bring 1 pair back at a time, which seemed inconvenient, because they wanted to make sure everything was going to be fine.
They have great selection, great prices, awesome return and nice people! Would definitely go back!

The absolute best service I have ever received. I have never felt so well looked after as a customer.
My sales lady explained exactly what my coverage would allow, how much extra it would be to upgrade, and clearly explained which upgrades were worth it and why. As a first time glasses shopper this was extremely beneficial.
