The review only for Printing Service at this location. My son ordered the Architecture portfolios Print out in hard copies for the Universities in Canada, the scale, the lay out, the color coordination have to into perfection for Architect requirements. We put in ordered then come back next day just to find out most of the photos losing details along the pages, getting closer to the dead line my son was very concern and distress. RIDA was one of the Staff who at this service desk at this time, she was patiently with great help, went through all pages with my son, then try to reprint but the printers at this location would not matching up our request, with an extra effort, taking all the important notes she then sent all the printings down to Calgary Printer to get the accurate print out for my son. Next day when the copies came back, RIDA personally went through all particulars points were checked then call my son to inform him all the proper printing were ready to be pick up . We like to express our thanks to RIDA, with her assist the portfolios were in time arriving to all Universities destination.

Management(or trainers) is horrible. And doesn’t wear name tags because they know they’re horrible. I asked a name this time to not put down all managers(maybe trainers… geez) there. Charity(manager or trainer who the hell knows) was asked by a new cashier about a price of something I thought was wrong, she huffed annoyed and angrily and told me there are never any sale tags on the shelves.(OK tips) she comes back and tells me the sale tag(didn’t think those existed) was for the item underneath the one I wanted to purchase. I also needed a locked filing cabinet I knew which one just needed someone to dolly it’s heavy ass to my car. She was annoyed at that too. I’ll go back to this store cause I will most likely have to cause there isn’t another close by. I’ll just do a better job to annoy the annoyed next time.

Rude management. After asking if they could copy and laminate some documents, I was told it would take 5 business days. I replied with«theres no way this can get done today?» The manager thrn replied«what do you think we are?! Hampsters!?» This is how you treat active military?

It was a busy day at Staples with lots of people in the line ups and in the laptop section where i was browsing. I didn’t see many sales associates but the ones I saw were helping customers. I went to another section within the computer department and saw an associate on a ladder. I asked if someone could help me with laptops and he said he would be there shortly. When I walked back, he was there. The sales associate was knowledgable about the difference in laptops, processors, and was able to answer my questions. He showed me a few tips in using Windows 8. I didn’t feel at any time that he was a pushy sales person that was trying to sell me a laptop or upsell me on the more expensive one, that I felt at a neighbouring store. Once I made my decision, he went to check in the back and brought the laptop out. He did let me know the technician was busy setting up numerous laptops and mine wouldn’t be done until later that day or the next day. He rang in my purchase and again, didn’t try to sell me on the extended warranty. I was happy with the service I received and the price I paid as it was on sale and I also received AirMiles. I hope the laptop will last me a long time and if I do have any issues that I will receive prompt and excellent service and they can repair it onsite.

I have been visiting this Staples fairly regularly pretty much since it opened many years ago. Today my wife and I went in looking for a computer desk. The salesperson was very patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Free delivery was offered though we elected to take the desk home in the back of the truck. On a previous visit we were there to purchase a computer. The salesperson in the computer department was exceptional. He even knew answers to some of the more difficult questions I had regarding Windows 7 and it is nearly impossible to find a laptop with a proper English keyboard in Canada. Staples is our primary choice for office items.

Staples has everything I need for my back-to-school or personal needs. They carry a great selection and have good deals, particularly around the August and December time for back-to-school needs. I love walking through the selection of office equipment, and I never though there would be so many choices for pens and pencils. The staff here seem very laid back, which is ok for me as I’m usually browsing through this store. I can be a bit irritating though if you’re trying to find something, yet there is nobody available to help you, even with an empty store. I also have a problem with their photocopier department, where it seems like the staff can be unmotivated as ever to complete their duties in a timely manner. Besides this, Staples is usually my first stop for supplies. Their prices are competitive and their selection is great.
