Tim Hortons

I have yet to have a good experience at this location.
Staff seem to always be over encumbered and rude. Often will sit at the drive through ordering microphone for several minutes and when I say «Hello?» politely I frequently get a snappy «please wait». I have also been given the wrong roast of coffee with my order, and sometimes even incorrect cream/​sugar proportions.
I don’t know if it is a case of needing more staff or what but it’s my least favourite Tim Hortons experience.

Seriously Tim Horton’s, bring back the sleeve. I’m always going to want one on my coffee. Then the dirty look you get when you ask for one. Jeez.

This is a smaller location located on the West side of St. Albert Trail. The drive thru has never let me down in the morning on my way to work.
Fast & friendly service. What more could you ask for?

If you have a life to live you better skip this location as it is almost always an assured wait. Not as friendly these days either. I also suggest that if you order an breakfast sandwich and want it toasted you indicate it for certain as the last three times I have gotten an untoasted gross English muffin. This even when at my last visit I had specifically asked for it to be for sure toasted and again it was not. Also had a trainee put vanilla in coffee cup and trainer just poured it out and them poured in the milk. Not cool IMO
Anyway it is just Tim Hortons but I still feel they should be paying a bit more attention as I know the owner of a few and theirs are run a lot differently and more consistent.
Man am I getting this nit picky lol? Oh and btw the drive through may look long but still quite often faster than the «I will just go in» alternative as the prioritize drive thru (like most of them to be fair)

Clean & fast. My daughter ordered the ham & Swiss & changed out the regular ranch sauce for just mustard & it was done correctly & efficiently. We also each got a small frozen lemonade, she got raspberry & I got the original for $ 1. They also have a tv above the fireplace. Definitely cozier in here than before. We will frequent this location again for sure.
