5⁄100: Surprisingly there is a Pinkberry in West Edmonton Mall but since I’ve never tried Yogen Fruz I thought, hey, why not? Pros: — You have the option to select the flavor of yogurt you’d like, plus the kind of fruits/toppings you’d like mixed in, or you can choose the simple tart yogurt with additional toppings — Menu consists of yogurt, smoothies, and froyo. — They provide already-made combinations or you can create your own kind. — You have dairy and non-dairy options Cons: — Maybe it’s me but the texture of the yogurt was really goopy for me. And the taste(I had a green tea with mochi) was rather sour than tart. — Pretty pricey for yogurt. — They were pretty skimpy with the toppings. I was hoping for more but it’s okay. — Kinda wish it was self-served. There’s a location in San Jose, I’ll probably find time one day in my life to try it out there instead.

This is one of my favorite places for a treat when i’m shopping at WEM! It’s pretty quiet Monday-Friday from open till around 4 making it easy to quickly get your frozen yogurt fix but when it’s busy and there is a crowd it can be a bit of a congestion nightmare due to the placement of a pillar as well as some kiosks that are far too spaced out. It is sometimes hard to tell where the line begins and ends and you do get a few scowls if you happen to be impeding the flow of mall traffic. You can make a basic fruit selection or they do offer some seasonal specials with a few different items mixed in. I do find their pricing to be a bit high but if you have a few extra dollars and want to treat yourself to something delicious this would be the place to do it.

Print your Groupon! I had my phone out with my groupon on it and was asking the vendor how it worked. He made my order and then when I showed him the code on my phone, he said he required a printed copy and chastised me for not reading the small print. Even though he watched me pull it up on my phone and answered questions about it! I told him I wasn’t getting the order then because I couldn’t use the Groupon. He said«Okay, I just need the coupon number», making me think he was going to provide good customer service and figure it out for me. Not the case. He took the number and said that he would cash in the Groupon and not give me the product! Totally sleazy move! My friend had her coupon printed so we used hers and I forced him to give me the paper he wrote my code on so he couldn’t steal from me. Lesson here folks: Print your Groupon and don’t expect any level of service! Once mine are used I’ll never go back, you can get this product in a hundred other places.

Yum! Whenever I crave frozen yoghurt I come here. Yogen Fruz has a «tart» option that is just plain yoghurt which I very much enjoy.

I recently had just tried Yogen Fruz as I am a big ice-cream lover but have been trying to stay away from it this summer. My husband and I recently went to West Edmonton Mall this weekend I stopped here for a snack. Had a Strawberry flavor stuck with a basic because I had not tried Yogen Fruz before. All I can say I would take the strawberry flavor over ice-cream no problem. Next time I will try something a little more out of the box then just strawberry.

So So So happy Yogen Fruz is now in West Edmonton Mall! I love that you get to pick what kind of frozen yogurt you want — full fat, low fat, frozen yogurt… and then you get to mix in whatever fresh forzen fruit you want — raspberries, strawberries, mangoes, bananas, blueberries, etc. Yum Yum Yummy! As with their other location — the only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 stars… I think their pricing is a wee bit high. If you like fruity frozen yogurt — give it a try!!!

Mmmm frozen yogurt. Sounds like a good treat right? Unfortunately the quality here is not consistent. I like how you can select the fruit you want, then mix it with the yogurt of your choice. Sometimes though, this treat feels more like a heavy milk shake than anything ‘low fat’. I also don’t understand the theme backgrounds they have. A while ago it was all Japanese themed with temples and mountains painted in their background. Very unnecessary and made them seem like they were trying to market themselves as something Japanese. Instead, they should try to concentrate on their recipes to make it consistently good, but when it does works out, it tastes really good.

Yogen Fruz has some really good frozen yogurt. Sometimes I feel it isn’t up to par but other times it is just amazing. I hate the lack of consistency I find here. Yogen Fruz is like a milk shake turned into ice cream. That is the best way I can describe it and it might be a little hard to understand unless you have tried it. They let you choose the fruits you want and the yogurt you want and then they put it in some machine that turns it into frozen yogurt. The outcome can be delicious or disappointing.

Yogen Fruz is the gold standard of frozen yogurt. It doesn’t get better than this. If you have never had Yogen Fruz, it’s hard to explain it. You choose what fruit you want in it(mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, peaches…) and then you can choose what kind of yogurt you want(regular, low fat, nonfat…). They put it in their special Yogen Fruz machine and the most delicious frozen yogurt in the world comes out. If you haven’t had it before — go get some right now. Seriously. Right now. Go.
