I have to say. Since 2001, and ever since then. Merv and more specifically his associate, Kathy Fenske have handled mine, and my parents house buying/​selling.
They are incredibly helpful people and make the process a breeze.
I was very very naïve going into the process, and Merv was great at walking me through the whole thing. Worked to not make me feel stupid when I asked what I am sure are some stunned questions.
He did all the homework I asked of him (locations wise) and is very knowledgeable of the little things.
He was never pushy or rushing me to close, and allowed me to take the time to think things over.
And then when it came time to close, I was greeted by both an excited Merv and Cathy to congratulate me with a welcome basket of all the little nick-​nacks a new homeowner might need.
If you need help finding a house. Call Merv and Kathy… and tlel them Dan Gallant sent you, seriously!
