The guys at Robotnik are great. I initially visited this store because a co worker recommend them to me, but I’ve been in multiple times to purchase different things (power adapter, keyboard etc.) and It was always a great experience.
The staff is knowledgable, but doesn’t feel the need to talk down to you. They are super helpful without being pushy — you really don’t feel like they are trying to get you to purchase anything unnecessary.
I recently purchased a refurbished iMac and couldn’t be happier. The price was amazing and the iMac is working like it just came out of the box! :)
